CADRE invites you to the report release on a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) project on School Discipline. The event will be a presentation featuring the information found through our yearlong process of this HIA with partners from Oakland, CA and Salinas, CA. The presentation will include project collaborative partners, CADRE parents and staff as well as special guest speakers.

Dignity in Schools Campaign Goes to Washington D.C.

On July 25 and 26, students, parents, educators, and advocates from 11 states, representing 26 different organizations, traveled to Washington, D.C. for two days of meetings with Members of Congress to raise awareness and build support for urgently needed school discipline reform.
School-Wide Positive Behavior Supports (SW-PBS) is a system for supporting positive student behavior to improve school climate, and prevent and reduce disciplinary incidents.
