"Arresting Development: Addressing the School Discipline Crisis in Florida," Florida State Conference NAACP & Advancement Project (2006).

This report examines the School-to-Prison Pipeline in Florida schools, discussing research in six school districts. The report suggests that many of the zero tolerance policies adopted by schools have gone too far, resulting in an overwhelming increase in the number of Florida students funneled into the juvenile justice system. The authors make policy recommendations for local officials, state officials, juvenile court personnel, and parents and advocates.
