DRUM (Desis Rising Up and Moving) offers this youth-based workshop to develop an understanding of institutionalized racism, recognize the systemic framework of oppression in schools and create a safe space for youth to share their stories of how school systems and law enforcement inflict institutional bullying and school push-out. The workshop provides methods for recognizing institutional bullying and strategies to combat it.
